Ms. Ame Mositwane joined Bogopa, Manewe, Tobedza & Co. in 2022 as part of its Internship and Development program. She graduated and obtained her LLB on the 19th of October 2023. She is currently an Attorney admitted to practice in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts and Court of Appeal of Botswana.
Ms. Mositwane wishes to get the necessary expertise as an attorney. She firmly believes in providing excellent client service and acting with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Ms. Mositwane is passionate about addressing societal issues, particularly youth mentorship. She has actively contributed to this cause by serving as the Mentorship Co-Coordinator for the University of Botswana Law Society. Additionally, she presently holds the role of trustee and Board Member at the Motheo Lawyers Mentorship Trust, an organization aimed at providing mentorship and guidance to aspiring lawyers and law students.
Ms. Mositwane’s areas of interests include commercial law, corporate law, and human rights law. Furthermore, she hopes to pursue a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law within the near future.
