Mr Busang Utlwanang Manewe is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Bogopa, Manewe, Tobedza & Co. He is an attorney, conveyancer and notary public admitted to practice in the High Court of Botswana, Court of Appeal and Subordinate Courts since 2000. He obtained an LL.B degree from the University of Botswana and has over 22 (twenty two) years of practical legal experience.
Mr Manewe’s areas of practice span across a broad range of specialty areas, primarily litigation in the following areas: civil law, criminal law, asset forfeiture, administrative law, constitutional law, electoral law, private criminal prosecutions and general litigation matters.
Mr. Manewe has successfully litigated in many leading and high profile civil and criminal matters which have significantly contributed to the development of jurisprudence in our jurisdiction over the years. He is a Member of the Law Society of Botswana in good standing and has also served in its Executive Committee before.
He has served as a member of Botswana Premier League Disciplinary Committee as a member and later Chairman. He has also served football as a member of the Botswana football Association Appeal Board, an appellate judicial structure of the Association.
