Mr. Itseng Mothibamele joined the firm in May 2016 and is a senior associate at Bogopa, Manewe, Tobedza & Co with over 6 years experience in the legal profession as a practising attorney. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Botswana.
His areas of practice include civil and criminal litigation, labour advisory and litigation, commercial and corporate litigation. He is also passionate and litigates on the novel asset forfeiture cases. The motivation of his practice is to provide tailor made and a cut above the rest legal advisory services, as well as efficient dispute resolution.
As part of his corporate legal responsibility, he does sacrifice his weekends to partake in the events of an organisation called Orate Africa, as an adjudicator. Orate Africa is an initiative that grooms and hones oratory skills of upcoming public speakers, predominantly in the lawyering sphere.
