Ms Tehillah Monamoledi joined the firm in November 2023 after completing her 5-year LLB degree at the University of Botswana, and she is currently an Attorney admitted to practice in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts and Court of Appeal of Botswana.
Tehillah is a responsible, motivated, and quick-learning individual with the ability to adapt to new environments in an ever-evolving legal sphere. She has developed strong teamwork and communication skills through extracurricular activities, such as mentorship of first year LLB students, and participation in an extra-curricular moot court competition. She is a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to continuous learning and as such undertook a position as a legal intern during the final two years of her study. As a new attorney in the legal field, she maintains values of excellence, efficiency, and trust and purports to uphold the same all through her legal career.
Whilst with Bogopa, Manewe, Tobedza & Co, Tehillah attended and successfully completed a trial advocacy course offered by the Law Society of Botswana and Justice Advocacy Africa in November 2024. The course objective is to sharpen the litigation skills of lawyers and it is facilitated by experienced local and international attorneys.
Tehillah’s areas of interest include corporate-commercial law with a specialization in commercial contracts, land law, risk and compliance, employment law and private international law. Looking forward she aims to navigate the legal sphere with diligence and integrity and provide her clients with a space where excellence and ethics intersect.
